Other than Pages, have you found a professional quality office suite that
does work with VoiceOver?
Also, any suggestions as to an app that works with VoiceOver for sending and
receiving faxes?

Microsoft Office of any version on the Mac has not been accessible and I
do not expect this to change. Microsoft apparently does not see any
advantage in making their suite accessible for Mac users. Well we all know
what geniuses run Microsoft, right?

Hi there,
I am sorry to say that I have been told that Microsoft word for mac 2010
is not accessible. If this is changed, I'd like to know about it as well.

Thanks Laura.
I've just installed microsoft 2011 for mac and realised that when typing
in microsoft word, voiceover does not read. How can I fix this?
Also how can I directly open attachments in mail?

There are two ways. Either pressing control-F8, or pressing
control-option-shift-M twice will do it. Either way takes you to the
status menu, where you can see battery status, as well as time, network
status, etc.
