Hi All, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned on list before, so I thought I'd pass on the good word. Telephone is a free VoIP application available in the Mac App Store. It is intended for people who have existing Internet phone services through a company such as BroadVoice. It provides a completely accessible softphone, with some fairly advanced features which I've admittedly not used very much. Account set up is easy with the right information from your phone provider. In searching the program I haven't yet found an unlabeled button. Dialing works quite well, and there are keyboard shortcuts to handle most functions. I was pleasantly surprised to find a program both this accessible and free. I don't know how many people might be in the market for a VOIP softphone, but this one certainly seems capable.
