Okay well its a bit like trying to explain the difference between Sendspace and 
Dropbox I suppose, the differences don't become apparent until you actually use 
the products.

For example, from what I've found out so far Evernote is designed to capture 
all sorts of things and you can search amongst what you've captured for words 
or phrases.

Interesting to note that the Mac version is far more accessible than the 
Windows version, what a change! <smile>.
