Hi all, I'm working with a client who has some vision and something has got us kind of stumped. She used to be able to hold down the control key and swipe two fingers away and toward her on the trackpad two zoom the image in and out; however, this is no longer working. I've researched the matter and have found nothing on the subject. Any ideas how this feature could have been turned off? More important, any idea how to get it turned back on? Any assistance you can offer as always is very much appreciated. Thank you.
