Hi, Thanks for all your help, when I got home and checked my email the keys for the voices had come through, it took 2 and a half days in all. Thanks for the advice about calling them, though I didn't have to take that route. I'm putting this out there to give everyone a feel for the length of time it can take for the order to come through, I hope it's not too off-topic. Courtney
