Actually I am still having problems with this. When I alt-tab into the Skype window, after hearing the "you've got a call," announcement, sometimes the accept/decline buttons are *NOT* anywhere I can find in that window with either the VO cursor or the mouse pointer. I was hoping this would be better, but I still sometimes have to call people back once I find out who's calling from the source list.
