Hi all this was posted on another list!
So I hope I do not get into trouble!
But it could be of some use for those using Simply RAR!
Hope it helps!

Qapla!
Chegh chew jaj Vam jaj Kak
First, open Simply RAR. Then, open a new Finder window and select
the file or folder you want to compress.
3. Press VO+`, (VO+Accent (to the left of the Z on the English
British keyboard although I'm not sure on the US keyboard where it
is)). This brings up a VoiceOver dialogue to move the current
window. Move the SimplyRAR windows to position 9, (VO+9, Escape).
Then, move focus to the finder window you just opened, and repeat
the move window step above, except move the Finder window to
position 4, (VO+4, Escape).
Now, in the finder window, press Command+Option+H, (Hide Others),
and turn off cursor tracking, (VO+Shift+F3) and make sure your mouse
is on the file or folder that you want to compress. To do this,
you'll need to interact with what VoiceOver calls the "Image
Browser" list).
Then, if you have a multi-touch trackpad, press and hod it with one
finger and swipe quickly diagonally from top left to bottom right
with another finger.
That should drag the file or folder you want to compress into the
SimplyRAR window.
Then, move to the SimplyRAR window and confirm that your file or
folder is in the table. If it isn't, repeat the above. If it is,
select the compression options you want, then press the "Create Rar"
button by pressing the spacebar. Note, I found that VO+Space would
not press the button.
