I'm not sticking up for Dropbox but perhaps there's not much they can do, how 
is the software written for a start? It may not be written in a programming 
language that's compatible with Voiceover.

Yes of course it would be nice to see Dropbox more accessible, I use it here 
and I use the paid version but 2 things to bare in mind.

Firstly, most people are using the feee version of Dropbox thus Dropbox 
themselves are not making any money for the customer on their software so they 
may feel given that the choice is clear to the user, if you don't like what we 
offer then go somewhere else, you may like to try Sendspace for example.

And finally, the developers of Dropbox are under no legal obligation whatever 
to make their software accessible as far as I'm aware.
