Hi,

There isn't any specific commands for VO and Numbers, but if you press VO-H and 
check out the commands list, you will find some commands that are especially 
useful when working with cells. For normal navigation, just interact with the 
layout area, then the actual table, and use your arrow keys or VO-arrow keys to 
navigate. Use shift-arrow keys to select/deselect. Use VO-shift-space bar to 
edit a cell. Except for this, you just have to learn the application features 
like anyone else would do. Good luck! Smile.
