Hi Robert, Are you thinking of VO-Command-T and VO-Command-Shift-T to jump between the source list and the song list? The other thing you can do is use Control-F7 to toggle between whether tabbing moves you through all controls or just lists and text boxes. (This is not VoiceOver specific; it's described on the Keyboard shortcuts tab of System Preferences > Keyboard menu).
