Hello Marco, Try using the usb connection. all you need do is set the display to usb and connect it to the serial port. No pairing is necessary.... Let me know how it works? Hello, I use a Macbook air, and since the Osx 10.6.6 update, I can not connect the Optelec Alva BC640 braille device. I can pair it correctly, but when I connect, I get the following message: Voiceover Failed to load the driver for Bluetooth device <Name of the device> I,ve tried another braille device (Easylink 12), and this works correct. With the usb cable it works correct. A collegue of mine have the same issues on another Macbook. So I think it is a problem with a part of Mac Osx. Is there someone who have a suggestion? Thank you!
