Well, truth to tell, Audible did not appear very receptive to the idea of their helping much to solve our delema. They the rep I talked to implied very strongly that it was the job of the player's manufacture to deal with that. I, on the other hand, felt that Audible should be helping more because, after all, it's the audible activation.sys file we're talking about here. Humanware tells me they're aware of the issue; and, in the intrest of full disclosure, I did ask them about coming up with an update which would allow the Stream to be authorised via using Apple machines without having to install windows. No commitment made.
