Hello Chuck, You can find the item in iTunes by going to the Sources table, selecting Recently Added and looking in the table for Text to Speech. The file itself will be in/Users/username/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Unknown Artist/Unknown Album/Text to Speech.m4a
