Same here, no problem running it but its a bit sluggish running the pref pane.
However, viewing the options it seems to have some interesting bits in it, namely putting all web caches to RAM disk. Since RAM right now is at about 1.4 gbps, i can safely assume this would boost load times comparatively since HDDs are at about 80mpbs and SSDs at 160 to 220 mbps thats like from 5 to over 10 fold the speed for loading. It is said though that internet connections also need to be speedy for a mind blowing effect.
