Okay. What you see pasted below is the response I got from the Drop Box Team about the issue of those of us who have the latest version of Drop Box not being able to gain access to the prefs window.

Having now installed the latest version of Drop Box, I find that accessing the prefs window is not at all possible. when I try to click with the mouse, Press VO+space, or just press the space bar on the prefs menu, I cannot access this at all. this really does need to be addressed.
