Laura, I asked this question a few weeks ago and ended up reading my stuff in text edit and checking the box that said wrap to window. I just looked for that in pages for you and I can't find it. I actually like text edit now more than I like pages, though pages is clearly a heavyweight app. If all else fails, read it in t e and you'll be fine.
