but I dunno if it is a hardware issue or not. I will try and clean out the headset jack first as I have tools to do that someware in the house. I really am heasitating getting a new phone as I won't want to reenvite all of my heytell contacts and reenter in any other info and I can't find the cursed wall adapter for the charger. I never use that thing. lol!
