You'll need to mount the ISO as a CD on your machine. It been a long time since 
I did it but it definitely can be done.

As for selecting all the messages, you can do a command-A and it should select 
all your messages. Working with mail isn't really all that bad. you just need 
to make sure  you're not interacting with the messages table and you can move 
up and down the list with the up and down arrows. The Mac is a great choice but 
there are still some things I want to use my windows machine for.
