I am behind on my mail, but wow Ben, either you have been blessed all your life to have always had a work-around for every unexpected situation, or you were taken over by the Christmas grinch. Let's just celebrate that Cheree had the technology she needed to do the job for which she is paid. You are right, Apple could do more, but can you name me a company in the mainstream which has done as much? Lighten up and be glad a sister blind woman could get her work done without having to ask for sighted assistance.
