First make sure the network control panel is unlocked. the Lock is the last item in the control panel.
Now, select the advanced button and you should find under the Airport tab a table of defined networks. Select the networks from that table that you want to delete. Then stop interacting with the table and move right. You should find: "Airport preferred Network Control Group" Within this group are add, remove and edit buttons. Best of luck.
