hi everyone: i wanted to know on the iphone 3 gs when it is connected to my mb pro and itunes is open.. it states that it is collapse however, when i press either vo up arrow or down arrow to have it expand itself. it likes to not work correctly by not transferring the songs from my iphone to my itunes account. so i wanted to know if there was something that i was not doing correctly or what?. if anyone can email me either on off list i would greatly appreciate it. chenelle
