here i have some that are more then 30 sec, so that should be oké

Are you trying to import an actual ringtone (think they can only be 30 seconds long or something like that)? I have cut clips from songs in the m4a format, renamed them to m4R and imported them in to my library (Cmd+O). They showed up in iTunes immediately.
