Kevin,

This is not an issue of whether the developer understands what needs to be
done, but more a matter of doing it. I have pointed out the issues well over a
year ago and all subsequent releases have not attempted to address
accessibility and in fact has only gotten worse in my opinion. I have pointed
out the obvious with respect to increasing the user base by ensuring the app is
accessible to all and even got a note stating the issue is understood. Again,
the actions of the development team has demonstrated that accessibility is not
so important. Of course I would like nothing more than to be proven wrong and
to see an accessible version of a program I purchased. The history here is when
I purchased it, I could use it, but html was not supported. I asked for this
for a while and I think they may have added that functionality; however, at the
same time the Unison became unusable. So, an app that was fairly useful is now
useless and I have been receiving beta copies that do not work and my constant
reminders of accessibility just say the same thing, which is basically yeah we
know, but it's not a priority if it ever was.
So, if I seem frustrated, I am and if anyone can make progress, you would have
my eternal thanks.
Scott
