I agree with you. Those unlabelled item lists are a recurrent theme in terms of accessibility or the lack thereof, and i'd take some time to know which component is rendered accessible through the frameworks in coco which act as on switches.
There are a couple of other applications having the same issue, such as Algoriddim's DJ which has half made it work since the item list for tracks is totally accessible and the one for playlists shows unknowns though they are browsable just like the one password item lists. I got x-code installed but so far haven't jumped into the deeper framework elements to see which ones do that.
