Oh darn! yeah I don't want to sit at a piano and plunk while someone writes. lol! If I have to do that I will but Oh well. I hope someone can come up with a way maybe to convert midi notes in to sheet music for mac. Is that even possible. if that is then maybe you can build a choir song that's not chance music out of midi data and have it print out in to pro looking music.
