Hello everyone, I am using an eye tv and the primary parts of the application are more than 100 times more accessible than a TiVo. The program guide and the preferences are not accessible, however all of the controls for manipulating the TV is. I can use the Bluetooth keyboard as my remote and it is really awesome. Backing up is a touch of the left arrow key. I have not saved any programs yet so I cannot comment yet. So far it is pretty cool. I plan on having two displays for those who can see so that they can multi task. I am also looking at home automation equipment to connect to the mini as well. The sky is the limit with this little bugger. Later, Scott

The only down-side to using a mac as your entertainment hub is that TV is very difficult, if not impossible to access. There seems to be only one aplication for tv watching on the mac, EyeTV, and it's absolutely useless with voiceover, although from all accounts it's a cool programme! Apart from that, the mac is a good option. Vaughn. I'm very curious to know what others have done. > Thanks, > Donna > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group. > To post to this group, send email to macvisionar...@googlegroups.com. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to macvisionaries+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. > For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/macvisionaries?hl=en. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
