Hi Laura,
Try using Command+Z to undo your last action in the Safari Bookmarks
menu. (These are options in the Edit menu of the Safari menu bar:
Command+Z is undo, and Command+Shift+Z will redo, reversing the
undo.) You should be able to undo your delete.
