Ok Marlaina. Turn on long headers with command shift h. Press enter on the message you want to read while in the messages table. Vo left to get to the headers. Interact. Vo down and you should move from one header field to another, with the to: field appearing after the subject line as memory serves. I am actually not vo arrowing, because I have quicknav on.
