This is going to sound incredibly bitchy or nerdy or whatever, but on the Macbook keyboard, there's only one control key, on the left. It's an impossible stretch even for my hans, and anyway, on *THIS* keyboard, it's Function Control F3. I just set right-option D to do it and it's great. I also set some other keyboard shortcuts to, say, launch Textedit with one keystroke, so I can take phone notes really easily or write something down very quickly. I LOVE Keyboard Commander. :)
