Allison,
With vo turned on every time you come across a word that the device "thinks" 
needs correcting vo will speak. Example, in the last sentence I wrote every 
time as one word and it was corrected to two. When you are sure your spelling 
has been corrected properly just continue typing.
Why do I get the feeling that that explanation is as clear as mud? Do you think 
it's five a.m. And I just woke up?
