Hello Carolyn,
Handytech now sells macs and when you buy one, you get their tutorial for Macs. they've developed a dvd that they sell for 470 for their training. they offer workshops as you mentioned. three day workshops on the mac. they seem to be expanding this all over the country. I hear there's one in Tennesee either this month or next.
I have their braillino notetaker which I use with my mac.

Hi guys:
I decided to look more closely at the braille display options offered by handytech. While on their website, I learned that they have developed their own manual, workbook and tutorial, as well as a 3 day workshop for learning the mac with voiceover. I was kind of excited to learn this, as it's another possible resource,. And I love tracking things down. So, I'm wondering if anyone else has had any experiences with them, the workshop, or their products. They are beginning to take their workshop on the road to different states. It would be very cool to get involved with, if there were enough people in a state to request a workshop.
Any info welcome.
