Donna, D-Link uses
http://192.168.0.1 as the default.

try that if not do the following

from your command prompt do an 
ipconfig /all | more
read down until you see your specific device that's connected and look for the 
gateway address, should be 192.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x.  Then browse to that address.

Also try https192.168.0.1 or what ever your gateway address is.  I believe 
d-Link supports ssl now.
