Oh man. Tiger? No wonder it wasn't up to your standards. I encourage you to get a copy of Snow leopard and give that a shot. Comparatively, Tiger is slow and clunky. Apple really figured web accessibility out in Snow leopard with the introduction of the web rotor. Not trying to discourage you, but just wanted to invite you to give it another shot with newer software that would benefit you greatly.
