Hello: On the iPad I am trying to lower the VoiceOver speaking rate and am unable to do it. Here is what I do, after navigating over to the VO settings: a) Double tap and hold on the slider to initiate the standard VO gesture b) After some tones, I slide left along the slider to lower it.
