Hello Allison. I listened to your Podcast and you did a nice job. You may be able to cugt down on the interaction and work in full screen mode most of the time. I believe that the envelope templates will allow us to use Mail Merge. I've already tried it for a simple list and it works well. The key is to group contacts in the address book. Creating groups in the address book is tricky because there's a bug. I've done it though and have documented the steps somewhere. I may do a pod cast on mail merge and other topics.
