Hello Annie,

This should work in either TextEdit or Pages:
• Find a New Line character:
• Highlight it:
• Copy it to the clipboard (Command-c);
• Press Command-f to open a Find dialogue;
• Paste the New Line character into the first field;
• Enter a space in the Replace With field;
• Navigate right to Replace all and press VO-Space bar.

By navigating left you'll see how many New Line characters were replaced.

Cheers,

Anne
