Hi, 1. Is the rule active/inactive checkbox checked. It must be checked in order for the Rule to apply. 2. Were you too specific in the rule criteria. Use Contains instead of Is if wishing to be less specific. 3. Did you put Move to and specify a certain mailbox in the Perform Actions area?
