Hi Mac seems a lot like vinux in some ways. With vinux you also not only have the screen reader, but you have a fully accessible operating system. Are there bugs, sure but if you're willing to take the time to learn mac and vinux it is well worth it in my opinion. I think getting a mac, or a pc running vinux just blows windows out of the water in terms of security and stability and stuff.
