Hi, I recommend waiting and getting an iPhone 4. I don't think it makes much sense to purchase something running last years technology unless you do so because of financial restraints. The iPhone 4 has double the RAM of a 3gs, a 38% faster processor, and a better battery. I think those are good enough reasons to go for the iPhone 4.
