Hi, When you first purcahse a language pack from Infovox iVox, choosing your license, you will get two e-mails. One contains the activation code for the Infovox iVox application, the other contains a license code for your particular language.
Depending on which link you clicked, you might have purchased the wrong license without an actual activation code for the program itself to allow you to unlock languages. There are two links. One is indeed to purchase aditional language, the other is for purchasing the program plus another language. You might want to ensure you clicked the right link, and if not, quickly contact the dealer to fix the issue.
