game device that would send the media straight to your brain to allow
disabled people more access to movies, games, and the net. lol the
bike thing is probably closer to reality. lol last night, I got my
brother to watch the gages while i road my bike for a few minutes. we
determined how fast i"m going and I was surprised to find it was much
faster than i thought. That's the thing about gages and tests. There
are people who didn't know they were slow of foot until timed with a
stop watch. I was happy to find out I've been riding it 5-7 miles,
but what if I had learned i was only doing a mile or two a day?

Nike+ works with any treadmill, in fact you don't even need a
treadmill as you can use it outside too. Nike+ software is on
your iPhone or iPod Nano, you purchase some Nike+ ready trainers
and a Nike+ sensor into the left trainer under the inner sole. As
an alternative (and much cheaper one) you could download
iTreadmill for your iPhone. Personally I like the Nike+ system
better as I do not need to keep the phone in my pocket or even

Out of interest, which treadmill did you get? I have got the York
T302 which enables me to use the built in speakers for the iPhone
and the buttons are easy to feel and remember. Each press of the
speed + or - buttons increases or decreases by 0.2 km, so its easy
to work out how many presses I will need to hit a good walking
pace of 6 km per an hour. Prior to the Nike+ I used the built in
timer on the iPhone so I knew how long I had been walking for,
well that was if I was not using the phone to play music or
podcasts.
