Hi Sarai! when I get a call from someone on skype the answer button appears and I scroll across to it! This might be a bit long winded sorry! to find out who is calling you, go to skype preference's go to tool bar and interact with it! You'll get a selection of buttons ie general, advanced,etc... Select notifications and in there you can set all kinds! Like when someone in your contacts comes online!And if they call you, you can set it to read contacts name or play a tone if you import one! Or other things like a tone if someone wants to be a new contact! Or voice over can speak any phrase you put in ! I had fun playing around until I got it set up for me! hope this wasn't to long winded. :-]
