Hi Kevin: Thanks for your response. I have to start Vo several times because it freezes up easier too, or states I'm somewhere where I'm not. I hope I don't have to reinstall from scratch; totally restore the system. I just did a permission repair about a week ago because I was getting busy signals in Safari rendering it almost useless.
