I have had luck with the jump back 30 seconds but I don't see a fast forward or rewind. The chapters, yes. I clicked the more info button on the top right of the window and then on the bottom of the screen there are the 3 buttons, bookmarks, details and chapters. I clicked on the chapter button. Once you open the chapters, you can select different ones.
