I know that Megelan has come out with something called the ToughCase for the iPhone and iPod Touch that contains it's own gps receiver that they claim is supposed to work with both of these devices. You can find it at the apple online store. I would be interested to know if the gps receiver in this case does work with the iPod Touch.
