If you delete a message and immediately realize you want that message back, you 
can hit control Z.  You can do this several times and every time an E-mail 
message you have deleted will be added back to your inbox.  I don't know how 
far back this will go, but it's handy for those instances where you didn't mean 
to delete a message.
