Does that work also with applications? I've been trying to remove an application I no longer want from my IPod but I've had no luck with it. I wonder now if this will work.

Now browse to the podcast such as market place, or car talk for example. 3. find the episode you want to delete, double tap and hold then swipe very slowly to the right. it should take you no more then 2 seconds to do this. Now check and it should say confirm deletion of xxxxxxx where xxxxxxx is your episode name. 4. double tap that episode and it is gone.
