look under settings/general/accessibility/voiceover. double tap on the language rotor button. scroll down till you hear the Swedish voice than double tap it to add it to your language rotor. Now, Do the 2 finger rotor gesture which I assume you know how to do . You will here language. Flick up and down with 1 finger and it will switch between the voices you've choose. By the way, the touch typing setting is also found in the rotor. Go in an edit field and use the rotor gesture and you will hear type mode. flicking up and down to toggle between touch type and standard mode.
