Hello Alfredo.

The delay you're experiencing has to do with the amount of delay set in the 
VoiceOver Utility with regard to providing hints.

So, from within the VoiceOver Utility, you can either turn off hints or 
decrease the amount of delay it takes Alex to speak the hint from the time it 
lands on an object about which it is referring.
