Hey man. The fx tab shows a grid matrix. With voiceover, you are only able to add one effect because what you have to do is click on an empty square in the grid. However, VO doesn't see the squares, so only reacts when you click on the matrix when it's empty. Hit delete and make sure the matrix is empty, then vo click. A menu should pop up and allow you to add an effect. From there, it really a pita to make anything work. It's even hard to bring the window of the effect you added back to the foreground if you close and reopen the app. We'll get on skype and work with it this week if you want.
